Who Leads Adaptive Labs

Adaptive Labs is led by Steve Dixon, a Learning, Leadership and Organisational Development practitioner with more than 20 years’ experience strengthening people, leaders and organisations in high-accountability environments.

He combines strategic clarity, behavioural insight and practical delivery to design short, high-impact development experiences that build adaptive capability.

Steve has led large capability teams, implemented national leadership frameworks, and successfully implemented bespoke learning and OD solutions.

In addition to his experience Steve has a Grad Dip in Adult Education, is a Gallup Certified Strengths Coach and Leadership Circle Profile Certified.
